As we hit the middle of the year, now is the perfect time to take a look ahead to see which 2021 models will be released soon. One that we’re particularly excited about is the 2021 Hyundai Elantra, which has many new and updated features.

A Familiar Powertrain, But with a Twist

The engine in the 2021 model is the same one you’ll find in the 2020 Hyundai Elantra – a 147-horsepower 2.0-liter inline-4 mated to a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). However, an N-Line version of the Hyundai Elantra will also be released, which will have a turbocharged engine with more horsepower, and possibly a manual transmission.

A Hybrid Model, Too

Don’t like having to stop to get gas too often? You’ll appreciate the hybrid variant of the 2021 Hyundai Elantra. This will pair a 1.6-liter inline-4 gas engine with an electric motor to produce 139 horsepower. A six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission will be standard.

A Variety of Tech and Safety Features

Another reason why the 2021 Hyundai Elantra is creating a lot of excitement is because of all its advanced features. Android Auto™, Apple CarPlay™, and an infotainment system with an eight-inch touchscreen – which can pair with your smartphone wirelessly – are all standard. You will also receive many built-in safety components, such as automatic high-beam headlights, lane keep assist, and forward collision warning.

The 2021 Hyundai Elantra will be arriving at our Hyundai dealership later this year, but feel free to keep checking our website for any updates or get in touch should you have any questions! You can also visit us to look at the 2020 model or perhaps any of our pre-owned vehicles.
